General Description:Work undertaken by this position can be classified under the following:Reviews and analyzes credit proposals to ensure that it conforms with the Bank’s credit policies and guidelines prior to endorsement to the appropriate approving authority;Provides credit support to the Lending Units of the Bank as follows:Conducts credit review on credit proposals prepared by the lending units and ensures credit risks inherent to an account along with the corresponding mitigants are discussed as well as full disclosure of any deviations &/or exceptions to policy with the appropriate justifications are provided to the appropriate approving authorities for their reference and guidance in arriving at an informed credit decision;Prepares the financial spreading in the Ambit Optimist and the Credit Analysis and Evaluation Report incorporated in the credit proposal;Performs timely loan classification review in adherence to BSP Circular 855 and loan impairment testing based on PFRS.Assumes the credit manager role in the Ambit Optimist Spreading and Credit Scoring system and ensures appropriate classification and rating of accounts;Assists in the timely review of credit policies to ensure these are aligned with BSP policies and regulations.

General Description: Provides and ensures quality, prompt, accurate and efficient customer service delivery thru appropriate supervision and overseeing the proper documentation, processing, approvals, consummation and booking of all Branch Transactions. Sees to it timely submissions of all reports & that all Branch transactions are facilitated in accordance with the Manual of Regulations of Banks (MORB), with reference to and in compliance with the guidelines and regulations of the AMLA; the BSP Implementing Rules & Regulations, Internal Bank Policies & other government regulatory agencies. Ensures that health, wealth and security of Branch personnel are well supported for the effective achievement of common business goals.
General Description:Monitor the efficient operation of bank security devices such as alarm system, CCTV cameras, lock/combination devices, and proper maintenance of security devices at Head Office and all branches in accordance with BSP Circular No. 620. Monitor and evaluate the performances of all security device providers. Check and monitors the daily operational activity of the Security Monitoring Center of the Department.

Implements new test technologies to improve existing quality standards. Prepares test results to ensure that agreed deliverables are met. Determines areas that need enhancements and recommends improvements on the quality of services. Documents test results and disseminates to the team in a timely manner. Establishes roles and responsibilities within the QA team to manage efficient review procedures.

General Description:The CSA, as the branch’s front liner, handles queries on and processes applications or requests for Bank’s products and services, and account opening. It is the CSA who usually has initial contacts with clients thereby giving him/her the responsibility of having Face to Face contact, doing the KYC and PCOS on boarding to be checked by the BSO in accordance with the Bank, BSP and AMLA policies and guidelines .

General Description:The IT Auditor shall be responsible in performing IT audit engagements to provide reasonable assurance as to compliance with BSP and other government regulations, Bank policies, procedures and standard practices. He/she must evaluate the controls in-place on the governance and management of Bank’s IT and IT infrastructure, information security, IT risk, and IT disaster recovery and business continuity.

He/She receives, validates & posts cash & check transactions for peso & FCDU CASA accounts and all miscellaneous transactions including other bank’s services. He/She verifies depositor’s signature, approves withdrawals within the authorized limit. Should there be reports needed relative to his/her work i.e. cash overages or shortages, he/she will prepare such report/s. Cross-sell other bank products and services. Immediately refer all RQCs (Requests, Queries, Complaints) to officers
